- How long does the 'Crash & Spyro Wheels' promotion go for?
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 12/05/08 and runs until 11:59pm AEDST on 11/11/08.
- What happens if I want to enter after the 11/11/08, 11:59 pm AEDST?
You must enter the promotion by the 11:59pm AEDST on 11th November 2008 for your chance to win otherwise your entry is deemed invalid.
- Can I enter the promotion if I am not an Australian resident?
Yes but only if you are a New Zealand resident.
Entry for this promotion is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
ENTRY
- Do I have to be a Crash or Spyro member to enter the draw?
No. You can enter whether you are or are not a member.
- An error occurred when I entered. How do I know if my entry was received?
Contact our Promotional Support Team on support@crashandspyro.com.au. State your name and email address and we will let you know via reply e-mail if your entry was successfully received.
You will receive a return email within 24 hours, although on weekends emails will be replied to during business hours on the following Monday.
- Can I still claim my prize if I am under the age of 18 years old?
Yes. When you are filling out the online entry form, if you are under the age of 18 years old, you are legally required to tick the box YES I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OLD and provide the name of your parent/s or guardian so that we can send the prize out to that nominated person.
- How and when will I know if I am a 'Crash & Spyro Wheels' winner?
Winners will be notified by phone and email; informing you of the prize you have won. Upon entering the promotion, you are agreeing to be entered into the promotion for that days draw as advertised on the website.
UNIQUE CODES
- Where do I find my unique code?
Your unique code is found inside your on-pack promotional sticker on the back page. Click here for an example.
- I don't have a unique code. How can I enter the promotion?
To be eligible to enter, you must purchase a specially marked Crash Bandicoot or Spyro the Dragon game title during the promotional period. Only specially marked titles bearing an on-pack promotional sticker are eligible to enter.
- Where is the security code?
The security code is different for each game title. On the entry page you will be asked to pick your game title. Once you have picked your title an image will appear on where your security code can be located on your disc or cartridge and you will be required to enter that code into the required field.
- I've tried to enter my unique code found inside the on-pack sticker but it doesn't work?
Please check that you are entering an 8 digit code and are leaving no numbers or letters off. If the code entered still doesn't work please contact Promotional Support Team on support@crashandspyro.com.au with your query and they will endeavor to get back to you within 24 hours.
- What games are in the promotion?

CRASH & SPYRO WHEELS
- If I didn't win the daily prize do I go in the draw to win anything else?
There are no instant winners or secondary prizes to be won. There will be a second chance draw for any unclaimed prizes on 11/03/09.
- What if I want to win all four wheels?
If you wanted to go into the draw to win all four wheels, you would need to purchase four (4) specially marked Crash Bandicoot or Spyro the Dragon games. Then go online to www.crashandspyro.com.au. The Crash & Spyro Wheels that are under TODAYS PRIZE on the home page is the prize that you will win if you are that daily prize winner. Therefore if you wanted to win all four wheels you would need to ensure you entered four times using four separate on pack stickers with unique codes, and each time you entered - the Crash & Spyro Wheels under TODAYS PRIZE was different each time.
- If I entered one day to win a LOWRIDER, can I win a Lowrider the next time a Lowrider is being given away?
No. You are only entered into the daily prize draw for that day's prize. If you want to enter for the same wheels (ie: a Lowrider) you would need to purchase another specially marked Crash Bandicoot or Spyro the Dragon game as the entries DO NOT roll over. ALL entries are wiped after each daily draw.
- Once I have been told I am a winner will I need to sign anything?
Yes. It is a condition of accepting the prize, that the winner (or your nominated parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18 years old) signs a legal release and an indemnity in a form determined by the Promoter. If this form is not signed, we are legally not allowed to award you your prize.
- What if my product is faulty?
Your product will come with 6 months warranty, which you will need to fill out and send back to us within 28 days of receiving your prize. By filling out this warranty you are covered if your product is faulty over the next 6 months. We will get the prize picked up and replaced provided they are still available or replace with a prize of the same value.
- Do I get a helmet with my prize?
Yes. If you are a daily prize winner you will receive a helmet valued at RRP$35.
- What if it the helmet does not fit?
The helmet is adjustable and fits all head sizes.
- Can I pick the colour of my helmet?
No. There is one type of helmet and it is generic in colour (silver/purple).
PRIZE DELIVERY
- Where will my 'Crash & Spyro Wheels' be sent?
If you are a winner your prize will be sent to your nominated postal address as entered in the online entry form. You will be required to sign for the parcel upon receiving. Details must be a postal address and NOT a PO BOX.
- What if I have moved address since winning a prize and have not received within 6 weeks?
Contact the Promotional Support Team on support@crashandspyro.com.au and we will see if the prize can be redirected.
- Upon receiving my Crash & Spyro wheels, is there a chance that I could receive a different prize other than the one that was on the website for that day?
No. If you are the daily prize winner you will be sent the prize that was promoted online as 'Today's Prize' when you entered.
- What if no one is home when my prize gets delivered?
You will need to sign for your prize if you are over the age of 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18 years old, the prize is being sent to your nominated parent or guardian as stated during the entry process, and they will need to sign for the prize.
If there is no one at home to sign for the prize, a postal slip will be left in your letterbox with details to call the delivery company and arrange for a new delivery date and time to ensure someone is home.
